We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

No Laundry Facilities

Common areas are outdated and worn looking but rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that they list “laundry facilities” as one of their amenities. To me this means I can do my own laundry in machines on site. However, what they actually have is laundry services where you send laundry out to be done and it’s quite expensive.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit kleineren Mängeln im Detail. Auf dem Info-Pad konnte weder die Speisekarte der Hotel Bar angeschaut, noch aufs Zimmer bestellt werden. Die Halogenlampe im Flur flackerte extrem. Am Abreisetag kam der Zimmerservice ohne Abklopfen ins Zimmer gestürmt.

Première fois dans un hôtel Leonardo, très satisfaisant. Check-in facile, personnel gentil et serviable. Grande chambre très tranquille, 2 lits doubles confortables. Salle de bains un peu petite, mais ok. Hôtel propre sauf pour les tapis des corridors, mais la réception nous a avisés qu’il changeait tous les tapis. Belle vue de notre chambre au 16e. L’hôtel est à au moins 20 min à pied des restos et bars du vieux Sachsenhausen, quartier historique. Un lundi soir plusieurs étaient fermés ou trop remplis, donc à dû choisir un resto pas super. Nous sommes arrivés tard dû au retard de notre train Flixtrain. La navette de l’hôtel coûte 40 euros pour l’aéroport, à au moins 15-20 min de FRA. Hôtel à recommander, j’y retournerais sûrement. Merci

Das Hotel ist durch seine zentrale Lage beliebt. Von außen sieht der Betonbau nicht einladend Die Lobby und mein Zimmer waren zwar gepflegt, aber die Einrichtung wirkt langsam auch aus einer anderen Zeit. Bei meinem ersten Besuch hatte ich ein renoviertes Zimmer mit einem gigantischen Blick. Diesmal war das Zimmer im 6. Stock teilrenoviert (Badezimmer) und die Ausstattung passte farblich so gar nicht. Was mich aber besonders gestört hat war, dass auf meinem Zimmer das Wifi nicht funktionierte. Zum Arbeiten musste ich mir einen Platz in der Lobby suchen. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber ich denke, das Wifi Problem war ihnen bekannt. Wenn man ein Hotel mit guter Anbindung sucht ist dieses Hotel okay, aber es gibt in Frankfurt mittlerweile modernere Hotels.

Das Bad war sehr modern, die Lage sehr zentral mit dem Auto sehr sauber, nettes Personal Einziger Punktabzug wäre die bessere Rücksicht wenn unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer jemand schläft, keine Baumaßnahmen und Bohrmaßnahmen durchzuführen. Die Zimmer könnten auch mal modernisiert werden. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, war auch sehr sauber.
