Birthday trip

I sent a message to host. There was no word of this place being a lower level house at time of booking. I would not have done it if I had known. The folks upstairs were very loud and came in at late hours. When we got there it was obvious former folks had smoked (weed). I do appreciate the air filter that was sent. It did help. There is nowhere to put any items in bathrooms. Need some hooks or something. Also, more than 1 towel per guest would be good in case you need to bathe an extra time. Thank you
