This property was amazing ! I will be there again hopefully the summer time. The room was super clean. The food at the restaurant was really good. The breakfast from the restaurant was delicious and large portions. The dinner was very yummy also. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. Best part it was steps from the beach!

Indoor pool is freezing cold. Out door pool is “heated” but we weren’t able to use it. We called beforehand to specifically ask if the pools were heated and were told yes but both were cold. One was just slightly less cold. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Beach was great. Staff was constantly cleaning. And room service kept our room very clean.

Staff was great, amenities excellent, & food in hotel restaurant top notch. Awesome ocean view. Indoor pool & outside pool great. Lazy river great as well. We were entertained by a guest party in the restaurant which was extra special. Great moment for my wife & I. Totally unexpected. Definitely would stay here again. In fact, the food was so good that on our trip back home we stopped in to eat there again. 5 star experience.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was clean however aged with several mechanical problems. The electrical kept flickering in the room for no reason. All plugs and lightbulbs were checked. Water would leak from the overhead electrical fixture when the person above took a shower or used the bath. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The hallways were not maintained or cleaned daily. Straw wrappers and other bits of garbage laid in the hall for. Indoor key card reader to access indoor pool wasn’t working. Front desk said it’s been reported however they can’t seem to get it repaired. Laundry - hotel charges $2 to use washer and $2 to use dryer. Hotel had no available quarters for guests. No change machine either. Was advised to go to gas station and ask or grocery store down street. Hotel rooms do not have option to plug in a C Cord charger without using a outlet-box plug.

The hot tub was broken the property was directly on the beach and the view was partially obstructed from the room didn't try the dining area but getting into and out of the hotel was ridiculous due to ongoing road construction
