We absolutely loved the waterscapes condo, great location and was very clean however, the management of that condo could improve. Our first concern came when our second payment was due and we got an email saying if we paid by Credit Card there would be an additional 3% fee. This fee was not originally committed and a total surprise. However we went ahead and paid it. The second concern came when we arrived at the condo and there was warm water but it was definitely not hot. I reached out to the property manager via VRBO asking if they could turn it up, but never heard anything back. There is a sign inside the condo saying if you have water issues to call a number but that only leads you to an answering machine. The answering machine says to call another number if you’re trying to get in touch with someone about the hot water. If someone rents this condo be prepared to bring extra trash bags (only given two for our stay of 5 nights, extra dishwasher tablets (given only three and need to run dishwasher last day before leaving) and hand soap for kitchen and all bathrooms (there was no hand soap anywhere).
