The room was quite,however the front door was missing there was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby at 10:30 in the evening, there were homeless people coming in off the street and raiding the breakfast food. No staff to be found.

Had to change rooms two times upon check in. No hot water on the last day. Telephone in room did not work. Big punched hole in wall next to bathroom in Room 323. The initial room we were assigned to -- door was open and prayed from he top. Second room had cockroach crawling on bed. The day before the entire entrance of the property had no door overnight ... Which is a serious security risk. I will never stay at this hotel again if I'm not reimbursed...this left a seriously bad taste in my mouth...considering the fact that I just stayed there in Feb. 2025.

Don't stay here

Never again, awful, dirty, no one at the front desk had to use a virtual check in person. Took a long time due to only one person working. Room was gross... there was chocolate peices left on the floor, dirty towel, tub was dirty, floors tried calling but no one answered at customer service. Had no choice but to stay due to getting in later than expected & having a baby we were tired. Don't recommend staying here.

The worst experience we’ve ever had staying at a a hotel. It was a last minute and late night booking for us while traveling. Upon arrival there was urine all over the room toilet seat, stains and hair on the bedsheets. To top it off, there’s not a live person at the front desk, it’s a virtual kiosk. Eventually when I was able to speak to a live person he told me they could not switch my room and rather opted to clean the toilet seat and bathroom floor with a towel. Then he brought “new” sheets which I had to change my self at midnight with two toddlers in tow. The next morning, we refused to shower in the tub because it was so dirty. Breakfast was terrible and in a tiny space with minimal space to sit or walk around. A very unfortunate experience for my family and me.

The toilet did not flush the sink was clogged as well. The bed sheets smelled like they were never changed from the previous stay I had to go down and get new bed sheets and change them myself. There was trash gatorade bottles and pepsi cans under the bed Definitely not mine. They need to do better very disgusting I told them at check out and all they said said was Im so sorry.

Hi everyone! I rented a room in this hotel for my Sister and I because it is close to a friend house so for Us the location was ideal(that's the only thing we like about it)but to start they have a front desk but no staff the check in and check out is virtual so it was difficult 'cause everyone has an accent,we arrived at 3:13pm(check in 3pm)no rooms ready where we wanted so we have to take a room in 1st floor 'cause we're on a hurry,room"apparently clean" I clean with clorox towels that i bring,in the morning at breakfast(area so small)and no meat(no bacon or ham)no fruits,during breakfast I noticed few persons that were there the day before close to front desk looking at everybody not nicely we feel weird like harassed and when i started taking my belongings to my car(including a pillow that i bring)those people don't take their sight from it so i show it to them and told them "this one is mine" I understand these people probably were the owners or related to and if so ,please, don't stand around looking at your guests like they are doing something wrong it's very uncomfortable specially for 1st time guests like Us,instead you should be taking care of them asking if they need something and showing appreciation or cleaning rooms so rooms can be on time for them or cleaning surroundings areas like lobby entrance etc I can include some pictures of how flirty and bad conditions of room and surroundings but this space don't provide for pictures so in resumed We will not going ba

I was given a room that was clearly never kept up i cpuld be living in a cardboard box and feel safer, the check in booth was behind the room i was in, so everyone checking in i could here talking all day and night past 11 pm i didnt sleep for 3 days all i got told was were sorry we apologize etc when i asked for a refund they skirted, i finally got home and now in serious heart health issue for not being able to sleep and relax. There wasnt even parking i had to drive around for 2 hours my second night they have signs that say no double parking and no trailers or youll be towed, we brought thatvissueup they ignored it. i saw 3 trailers tripple parked. Me and some other lady were up for a while trying to figure out were to park the staff said oh park in front i said where on the fire lane? Lol. Yeah thats illegal they seemed fine with that. I was concerned with the people that actually stay there if an emergency happens. I was three days no sleep angry then a 6 hour drive back home after my step dads funeral.

Number one I hate talking to a computer instead of talking to human being at the Desk for check in and check out Everything looked good until I got into my room. I went to go to the bathroom. The bathroom floor had water on it, and the toilet was just running and not flushing. I opened the lid and it was very old plumbing inside was tie with a piece of plastic bag and the water would not fill up. Could not go to the bathroom. I had to fill it up manually with the ice bucket from the sink. I went downstairs but there’s nobody that works at the desk. You have to speak to a computer monitor on the wall, but I saw a lady in the hallway and told her about it. She told me somebody would come up about 9 o’clock at night, but they came like 11 when I was sleeping so I did not hear them so we didn’t answer.
