When i checked in on 7/11/25 front deck employee told me the hotel is fully booked i wanted 4th floor but i got first floor .when i turn on the TV the screen was cracked i went to notify the guy at the front desk he told me his is not maintenence which i understand so i had no TV that night .I went in the morning to ask to be moved to another room the young girl told me they dont have any room come back later she was very rude. Then later i meet with a very nice lady which had exceptional customer service i told her about my room and immediately she moved me to the fourth floor .I was told i would get a credit which i never got but overall its a nice hotel great location will stay again.

The hotel needs updating. My son wet the bed so I removed the sheets and the mattress had holes in it. I dropped something and when I picked it up I looked under the bed skirt and it was nasty they’ve never cleaned under there. The elevator didn’t work and the pool was dirty.
