"Stayed here on 5/12. About half of the property was under construction/renovation during our stay, so there was quite a bit of noise and we were unable to rest when we arrived. Our room had not yet been renovated and felt very outdated, so hopefully the updated rooms are an improvement.
We also ran out of toilet paper late at night and had to walk to the reception area to get more, as no one offered to bring it to the room. What bothered me most was that this happened around 9 PM and there were two employees at the front, one of whom was sitting on the couch at the time.
Another issue was that our TV did not work. I called while we were out and asked if someone could at least take a look at it or try to fix the issue, but I was simply told "no."
That said, considering the price, the stay was not terrible. The location was convenient, check-in was quick, and they did allow us to check in three hours early at no extra charge, which I appreciated. However, knowing what I know now, I would personally spend a little more to stay somewhere better next time."
