We were thrilled with this place. Large, beautifully kept, and close walk to downtown Floyd. Owner even left a bottle of wine in the kitchen and mints by the beds as a lovely touch. we did enjoy our stay, however, you might want to fix the storm door, it doesn’t latch when the windy blows it opens and closes on it’s own. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the wine that was a nice touch, especially since it was our anniversary. I was surprised about the 75.00 cleaning fee which i did not realize until after I pressed book, for only staying there over night. I guess I need to pay closer attention. This apartment is in a great location in Floyd. It is updated, tastefully decorated and everything was spotless. :) The owner was so kind to provide many extras and small touches (we especially enjoyed the fresh cold spring water!). The kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked with all needs. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
