We were all very disappointed in the property & hesitant to trust what we were told. It wasn't in a good part of town, was run down & in poor shape, smelled musty, & a junk piled in the neighbors yard had been blurred out to hide it on the photos. They emailed us just before we got there that the washing machine was broken & questioned IF we wanted it fixed. Later, when explaining our dissatisfaction, she informed us that her husband had "tweaked" it & it worked now. No mention of this until that moment.That sudden offering of information didn't instill a lot of confidence in me. The hot tub was not usable when we arrived because it was 75. The lid was waterlogged & ripped. I wasn't sure I trusted that it "just needed to warm up"... especially after questioning the truth about the washer. The eatings areas couldn't fit all of us in one room unless we moved 1 table into the kitchen & blocked some of the cabinets (her idea).The "double bed" was a twin with a trundle that sat on the floor because the trundle frame was broken. A lamp was sitting on the carpet between 2 other beds with no table. The 2nd bathroom had a tub that would have been hard for any adult to use due to the height of the ceiling.The place was not in a good area, the photos were altered, the washing machine and hot tub had mechanical issues, the place was run down and needed repairs, & furniture was broken or missing. The lady refused to call the owner since he "might be in bed " at 6:30pm.
