The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with many dishes, glasses and cookware. Beds were very comfortable. We had access to the host if needed, which it was not. The special touches they incorporated into the home were wonderful. We stayed there over Easter weekend and the added special touches were very noticeable and much appreciated.We did not have a pet but there is plenty of room for one. They provided fire wood for their fire pit and pellets for their grill, both of which we used. A! They also provided extra lap blankets for sitting outside while having morning coffee. Very nice touch on a cool morning. This host definitely thinks about their client and wants them to have a wonderful experience, which we absolutely did.The house is private and quiet, but not far from downtown and other events. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

The house was perfect. We rented it for Thanksgiving through the weekend. The house was inviting and was decorated for fall. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Our dog loved to explore the large front yard and backyard. it was a quick drive to Scott Stadium for the UVA win!!!

I came into town for the Tyler Childers concert and this was the perfect spot for me and my dog! Quiet, secluded, beautiful scenery — but close enough to town if you need anything. An easy drive to C’ville and surrounding areas. It didn’t disappoint!

This house was so cozy, clean and in a beautiful location. The outside amenities (porch, fire pit) were a big hit during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the bathrooms. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. We all decided this would be a great place to come back to!

Built for relaxation

My girlfriend booked for a quick 4th of July get away.We stopped at some amazing wineries close by. The house was great. Many amenities to offer a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is on a low traveled road so it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the river across the street . The cabin was kept very clean and so were the surrounding areas. Host was so helpful and recommended a fantastic place a few miles away for fireworks. It was a local high school and the show was amazing. It was also great to have a traeger available so we could smoke ribs. They even supplied the pellets . Very accommodating for all of us. Pleasant and peaceful cabin.

Great House to Relax

Our group of 6 (3 couples) had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable with many little touches that made the stay so much better. The owner quickly responded whenever I reached out to her, mainly before our stay. We did not need to contact her during the stay because everything was perfect. I highly recommend this house, we all would book it again.

A+ Get Away

Home was exactly as advertised and better in so many ways. Had everything we needed. Large space with comfy beds. Very clean. Lots of unique nice touches (fire pit, smoker, TVs with lots of options, games, puzzles, snacks, tankless hot water heater) all in a beautiful location.

Great home!

Comfortable from top to bottom, terrific house! Very clean, quiet and exactly what we were seeking for a weekend getaway. Owner was great, gave us all the info we needed and provided all the necessaries and then some; basket of chips and snacks was a great touch!
