Request for refund due to misleading property listingI am writing to request a refund for our recent booking, as the property was not accurately represented in the listing. The advertisement indicated there was a teo bedrooms downstairs and an additional bedroom upstairs. However, the upstairs bedroom was actually a very steep loft that was difficult and unsafe to access. As guests in our 60's and 70's , we were unable to safely go up and down these stairs. Additionally, the loft space was not a full bedroom, as it had very limited headroom.We also experienced a complete lack of phone service and internet at the cabin which was not clearly disclosed. This left us unable to communicate with family, adding to our concerns about safety. Due to these circumstances we felt the property unsafe and left within 10 minutes of our arrival - we contacted host but he did not respond. We respectfully ask you to review and assist us with obtaining a refund. And the listing be updated accurately to reflect unsafe access to loft and no phone or internet service. Thank you.
