The room was clean and we slept well. No microwave in the rooms:( not enough luggage carts. Coffee at other Tru locations has been good but was not at this location. Not my favorite chain but filled the need.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Modern and clean. Tones of great amenities. Digital key, electric window shades, pool table in the lobby...and the swing chairs...I was obsessed! Staff was amazing, especially the kind woman who prepped the food. She was kind and approachable. Shared in conversations with her about the hotel, the awesome swing chairs, her time working there and more. She was so kind to my daughter (we were there for her swim meet that weekend) and she gave her candy and congratulations on her swims. TV in room had a cool feature that automatically logs you out of your accounts if you log into any of the apps. Love that! Located only an 8-minute drive from the Willamalane Swim Center making this an awesome choice! Breakfast was satisfying and included eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, cereal and lots of other items. It was free and fulfilling. Highly recommended!

Front desk person was very kind. I called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and when I arrived she remembered my voice. A nice personalized touch. Room was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Played billiards with my son next to the cool Eugene mural. I would definitely stay again.

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was rude. The bathroom sinked backed up after turning the water on for 10 seconds and the person in the room above me walked like their feet were made of lead. The floors were paper thin, so I heard everything. For $500 per night, this was nothing short of an insult.

After a horrible experience at another hotel, we ended up booking a room at the Hilton—and it was the best decision we could have made. Even though we booked last-minute after a 15-hour drive from California to Oregon, the staff welcomed us with professionalism, kindness, and zero hassle. The moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long trip. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and clearly managed with care. We truly appreciated the reliability and quality the Hilton provided, especially when we needed it most. Spending a little extra was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely choose the Hilton again on future trips.
