Everyone was kind however there’s just little things that weren’t the greatest such as the towels in the bathroom they’re very stained and need to be replaced. I thought they were dirty for a second. I feel like bedding needs to be a little bit more than just a sheet also there was a window open and I didn’t realize it till the morning anybody could’ve came in the room while I was asleep the floors looked a little dirty. There was a lot of noise at night. Hard to sleep. Can hear everything when I stay again maybe I was in desperate need of somewhere to go before I arrived. I called staff to make sure everything was good with my reservation. I was hung up on. I had to call back. I wasn’t provided a Wi-Fi password or anything. Hopefully these things can be fixed.

Though the hotel is dated and smelled in the hallways, the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The staff was efficient and pleasant even for a really late check in. They did great.

They didn’t have my room reservation when I got there. When I got into room there was no microwave or fridge that I had paid extra for since I’m traveling I had some food to warmup and drinks to keep cold.

Very dirty room. Was not cleaned properly. Sheets were not washed properly. There was cheese beneath the table. No soap to wash hands, barely any toilet paper. Would think twice before staying there again.

This place was worse than a dump. The first room the bathtub was filthy. The sink was filthy. I asked for a new room that one was worse. There’s a hole in the shower. How do I know there’s not a camera there’s a hole in the room above the phone how do I know there’s not a camera Big black hair on the wall no shampoo and conditioner no ice bucket the pool was appalling filthy My mattress had a huge what looks like blood stain on the corner. The microwave was filthy. The doors are filthy. The air conditioner is filled with objects and is filthy. The phone has no information on it whatsoever. Just a plain phone with no way to contact the front desk. The bathtub has a huge rust stain. The toilet has rust stains and is missing the caps on the bottom, the container that holds Kleenex boxes empty there’s no towel holders on the wall just rusted clamps with no toolbar toilet paper rolls falling out of the wall in the hallway the ceiling is missing multiple tiles an as I was walking, my foot fell through a hole in the floor in hallway, there’construction going on in as well where the maids quarters are, and there’s trash and filth everywhere, areas in the walls where holes were plastered, but never repainted the manager was rude to me and accused me of taking a taxi and never paying when I drove my own vehicle! She could care less I was unhappy and wasn’t willing to resolve anything. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel room in my life! I will never stay in motel 6 again!
