The stay was nice but the rooms themselves are dated. Also they don’t have smart tv’s so that was a little annoying. The staff were excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Good value for the price. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. With the waterslide, expect a lot of children - ask for an upper floor room away from the elevator if you need quiet hallways.

It was a good stay. My kids enjoyes the pool and thr breakfast was good. However, we were on the second floor, so the peiple above us..their children were stomping arpund at the crack of down...that was my only downfall

There was lights all around the property that pointed directly into our room and we couldn’t do anything about it due to the lack of blinds. Our tv did not work and the pool was suprisingly only 1m deep. The breakfast was pretty good.

When we checked in, we were given the keys so we went upstairs with our luggages. When we opened the room, it is not tidy yet from the previous occupant. So we went to tje réception again but the receptionist that we talked to didn't even say an apology. His name is Lee.

Front automatic door doesn’t always open for you until you wave around. The toliet has water running ever few minutes. Cigarette butts dumped on the sidewalk beside font door.
