⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Sandman and were so impressed! The room was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and the bathtub was amazing. Even the little things stood out, like how nice and tall the toilet was and how spotless everything felt. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and they actually offered us an upgraded room for only $20, without us even having to ask! That kind of service really goes a long way. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, calm, well-kept, and so relaxing. It felt tranquil and peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise at night, which made for such a great sleep. Overall it was an excellent stay. We will definitely be back.

The room beside us was screaming in the hallway a d drunk all night me and my daughter have NOT slept one second! They were going in and out of the room as eell so slaming door all night long. I was so tired the next day we couldt go to west Edmonton mall had to lesve strait home! Huge headache from no sleep.

A really nice facility. My room was next to the pool so I was worried about noise, but since it closed down at 10 it was really no problem. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were great to interact with.

Didn’t like that you had to check in then leave with the stuff I unpacked to drive to the tower, and same with check out, the bed was super uncomfortable, the room was nice and big , tvs were small with only basic cable, and there was no bathtub, only a crappy shower that the base filled up with water, no door and no handheld , so washing children was not fun.
