I booked a nice room to spend a few nights with the girlfriend for new years we booked 10 days in advance! We wanted a jacuzzi, king bed everything! When we got there they told us no king with jacuzzi was available and said first come first serve! At this point they gave us 20$ off a night gave us a room we didn’t want and thought everything was ok! I went up to the room and started calling other hotels as many on this block and there were a few others that had what we wanted available, so we returned the key asked for a refund!

Blood on the sheets, and the wall paper peeling off the wall. When I asked for more towels I was told they would bring them right up. A hour and a half later I went back down, to be told that the guy just got there. What was a lie because on my way down the first time he was in the elevator with me .
