Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our newly built home suitable for families and friend gatherings. The house provides a peaceful environment and a perfect getaway with many activities such as Camelback (15 minutes away), Kalahari (20 minutes away) Tannersville outlet (12 minutes away), White water rafting (45 minutes away) Horseback riding (22 minutes away), Skiing (15 minutes), Mount Airy Casino (19 minutes away), Bushkill Falls (38 minutes away), Hikes (AllTrails) and so much more!
The space
Massaging chair: After a long day enjoying the outdoors, we have a massaging chair in the master bedroom to comfort and ease your body aches.

Kitchen:
Includes an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, nespresso capsule machine, Keurig K-cup machine, electric bean grinder, Ninja blender, rice cooker, double stainless steel toaster, mini pop maker and waffle maker.
The cabinets are stocked with plates, serving bowls, utensils, kids dinnerware, pots and pans, salt, pepper and cooking oil. We also provide paper towels, facial tissues and dish-washing soap.

Living rooms: Three sofas - one on each floor (one is a sofabed), 65" and 85 " Samsung smart TVs with HBO, Disney Plus and Peacock connected.

Dining room: Large table can seat up to 12 people.

Bedrooms:
Top floor master bedroom: One king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, massaging chair.
Top floor second bedroom: One queen bed and one bunk bed (twin over twin)
Top floor third bedroom: One queen bed and one bunk bed (twin over twin)
Top floor fourth bedroom: Two full beds
Basement fifth bedroom: One queen bed

Entertainment:
TVs: Living room 65" TV, loft 65" TV, basement 85" TV and include HBO, Disney Plus and Peacock streaming accounts. There is also access to live TV provided by Samsung. Guests are also welcome to login to their own streaming accounts.
Arcade: We have two mini arcades located in basement for entertainment.
Pool table: We have a pool table in the basement for entertainment.
Basketball loop: We have an outdoor basketball loop in the patio.
Ping Pong table: We have an outdoor ping pong talbe in the patio.


Bathrooms:
There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. One half bath on the first floor, two full bathrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom in the basement. All bathrooms includes body wash, liquid hand soaps, shampoos and conditioners as well as toilet papers.

Heating: We have central heating.

Cooling: We have central air conditioning.

Laundry: Brand new stainless LG WashTower (washer dryer combo) located in the basement.

Sauna: 3 Person Infared Sauna located in the basement.

Security Cameras: For safety reasons, we have exterior security cameras.

Swimming Pools (communal): Available for up to 12 guests for additional fees (Opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day) Sun-Thurs 11am to 7pm, Fri to Sat 11am to 8pm.

Entire house except the garage.
Other things to note
We are a gated community in Penn Estates. The community have a 24/7 security by the gate, a playground, volley ball, soccer field, basketball courts, 2 swimming pools and a kiddie pool, a lake with a beach and fitness center.

Our house have 2080 sq ft interior space and our backyard have a mountain view. We built our house in September 2021 and all of the furnitures are brought in 2022-2023.

House rules:
-6 cars maximum
-No parties
-No pets
-No smoking inside the house
-No fireworks
-Please separate trash and recycles in the different trash bins
-Please kindly take off your shoes when you enter the house (to stay kid-friendly)
-General quiet hours in the community are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Our community requires guest to sign the short term rental contract three days prior to check in. We need all the drivers name with driver license to access our community. Also, we need all the guest name and if they are under 21.
