Family fun and comfort for all

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property management was very responsive when we had issues. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Check in was super easy. The kitchen seemed fully stocked, but we only used the microwave. It makes bags of popcorn perfectly! There were plenty of beds for our family, which was perfect. We enjoyed playing games that were available and watching a movie on the tv. The kids loved the pool and there was a sauna available. If you go when it’s hot, closing the shades around the fireplace helps a lot and there are enough fans to pull cool air in for each bedroom. There’s a binder on the coffee table with information on local trails for hiking.

We always enjoy staying in Cascade Village - it's easy to launch out to other areas from there. Enjoyed the views and roominess of this particular unit.

Great condo!

Multi level condo has so much space for a large family. Covered parking at base level, living, kitchen, bedroom and laundry on mid level, and master with bath, bedroom, bathroom, and living space on top.Everything was clean and all amenities were covered including bedding, towels, and kitchen wears and appliances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of board games that were provided, and loved that each area had its own thermostat. The hot tub was a much needed indulgence at the end of our ski day. A few things to note: the coffee pot doesn’t stop pouring when the carafe is pulled and you are guaranteed to have grounds in your coffee cup, the upstairs master sliding door does not latch, if you are with a large group you need to strategize your showers for hot water, the sauna did not work in the ladies’ dressing room, and the company that manages the property dragged their feet when asked to enter the unit 40 minutes prior. I got the run around about house keeping and inspection while I was physically looking at the unit. And I didn’t get the promised call back. I finally called again and was hesitantly let in five minutes early. With that said, just don’t expect an early arrival. Regardless, the unit was a lovely unit, and I would recommend to others. Also, we were able to ship my daughter’s skis to the front desk without any problems prior to arrival.

Family ski trip

We had a fabulous time staying here! The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and lots of board games too. It was so easy to catch the shuttle to and from Purgatory. Durango was adorable. We would definitely come back here!

First time in Colorado

It’s a beautiful state! The condo was clean and well stocked- a little bit outdated. Wish the clubhouse hours were longer, overall good!

Great accommodation

Good location. Lots of space for 7 adults. Wish the wall outlets were better, there were plenty but they were so loose you had to hold the plug in to make contact. Makes for an uneasy feeling about safety.

Fun Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was spacious and the beds were comfy. The view of Potato Mountain is lovely. The kitchen is well-appointed and the kids enjoyed the pool and game room. My only criticism is in the first impression of the unit. The door opens into a narrow, run-down staircase. As soon as you go up the stairs, the actual entry and the rest of the condo is nice. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return in the future!

The views of the mountains were gorgeous and the condo was spacious and well-appointed. We were an easy two minute drive from the ski mountain each morning and after skiing each day we loved coming back to the condo to eat dinner and relax. There is a great indoor community pool and hot tub that our kids loved. The condo had lots of fun board games that our kids enjoyed and children’s books for us to read them before bed each night. We loved staying here and hope to return again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming VRBO condo the week before Christmas, and it was an absolute dream! Nestled in the heart of ski country, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our ski adventures. The condo itself was a delightful surprise. The living area was spacious enough for two families (group of 9), with a cozy fireplace that became our favorite gathering spot after long days on the slopes. The bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable, offering restful nights of sleep. Each morning, we woke up to stunning views of snow-capped mountains, which added to the magic of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare hearty breakfasts before heading out. In the evenings, we enjoyed cooking together and sharing meals. What set this place apart was the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided by the hosts. From the ski storage area to the selection of board games, everything was thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay. The proximity to the ski resorts was a major plus. We appreciated the short and scenic drives to some of the best slopes in the area. In summary, this condo was more than just a place to stay; it was a key part of our wonderful ski trip experience. PERFECT

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. Not only was it absolutely PERFECT for every single person in our family which included: My husband & I, our 15 year old daughter, our 6 year old daughter & my Father-in-law. We booked it thinking our 18 & 13 year old would be with us, but they ended up being out of town this week. Even then, the townhouse would have been spacious enough. The view was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! It was a bit out of town though. I would definitely suggest stopping by the store on your way there to stock up on groceries, and keep a list handy that you can add to so you can grab things while you're already in town. It is definitely worth it though! We were able to see layers & layers of stars because of how far out we were. Our 15 year old said, "I can actually see the Milky Way out here! I am trying not to cry!" The townhouse had everything we needed. All we had to do was go to the grocery store. If you are an Instant Pot person bring one with you. Other than that, they had everything!! They even left instructions for how to use each TV. It was beautifully decorated. There is a pool & restaurant, but honestly it was so cozy that we didn't use the pool or restaurant once & we love to swim! They were also extremely hospitable and available LATE at night. By the time we got there and got the kids & their things inside, unloaded, fed everyone etc. It was probably 10pm or later. The wifi wasn't working so the tvs weren't working. They were available to answer our calls & texts. Which was very nice!!! It does sound like it is run more like apartments or condos with maintenance workers (obviously wifi is NOT an emergency lol) but she did her absolute best to help guide us & put a work order in for 1st thing the next morning. As a heads up - the router is by the downstairs sliding door inside the stand 😉 We are so grateful for our stay here. We are absolutely going back & are hoping for the exact same townhouse. Thank you so much to the owners & staff!! You are amazing. What a beautiful & truly majestic view!

Absolutely wonderful!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this property! It was impeccably clean, fully stocked with everything we needed (minus food, of course), was in a great location, and had a magnificent view. It had a great kitchen with all the tools we needed to make several home-cooked meals. We used this condo as our “base camp” while we visited Durango, Ouray and even Telluride. It was within driving distance to all and was such a nice space to come “home” to each night. I feel like the best rental properties are those that anticipate your needs and strive to meet them. This owner did just that! We will absolutely be staying here again and I plan to recommend it to anyone I know visiting the area.
