From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent.
Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom.
The breakfast provided by Delia was exceptional. A great choice of options, and everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.

Attentive staff, charmimg premises, and AMAZING breakfasts.
Lovely flat with great river front location. There were a couple of minor glitches as the flat had not been used for a few months, but Vanessa, our outstanding host, attended to them immediately and effectively. I am planning a return visit to Bordeaux next year and will definitely try to stay here again.
Unbelievable delicious breakfast that I still crave. The staff was helpful and friendly. Close enough to walk everything but far enough from the tourist areas to be safe and quiet
Highly recommend Number 31! The property is gorgeous —it’s a renovated Georgian property with several original details. The staff is incredible—they gave us great food and sightseeing recommendations and even upgraded our stay on our last night in Dublin so we can see the other side of the hotel. Even the little details in the rooms like the camomile and lavender pillow spay — I know it’s small but I used that spray throughout our 8 day trip through Ireland and could not wait to return and get another! Also, the breakfast is so delicious- the mushroom frittata was my favorite!
Enjoyed our stay , beautiful hotel , stylish decor , comfy beds and pillows , clean . Friendly helpful staff . The included breakfast was fabulous- set you up for allday . Would recommend and would stay again

We had a lovely stay at Number 31. Our flight arrived early and they were able to contact us as soon as a room became available which was around 2:30. The hotel is a nice vibe, tucked away but conveniently walking distance from everything. The toiletries, pillow spray, and little treats like chocolates were a nice touch. The room itself was ok- small and muggy. No AC but do provide a Dyson fan but still got pretty hot at night given the current heat wave. Also got bit by mosquitoes in the room :/. Coffee/ Honesty bar in the lobby. Small car park available. Breakfast by Delia on the rooftop which was included with the stay was delish. Wouldn’t call it 4star really but still a lovely stay.
Amazing place to stay. Very walkable with close by bus stop. Breakfast was amazing and staff very very accommodating. Rooms were cozy and bed comfy. Property is quaint and cute for being in city. We will return with our kids soon!
Beautiful, private property located in safe walkable part of Dublin. The staff are all lovely and helpful. The garden is a delight. But the gem is the fabulous breakfast created every morning with love by chef Delia.
