We were in a room with a conjoining door..you could hear every word from next door..then they tried coming into our room!!..the place needs a good deep clean!! Wouldnt stay here again and parking is £10!!!

Me and my partner stay here on a regular basis . All the staff are friendly and really welcoming. Front of desk staff steve was very attentive to our needs . Pet friendly always a must . The rooms are warm and cosy .

They rang just as we pulled up outside after a 3 hour drive to say they cancelled our booking. Eventually found us a room after someone else cancelled. Then water started pouring through the light fittings flooding the dining room. The place is badly run with sarcastic unhelpful staff

the managers were helpful carrying our cases up and down two fcloors. no lift there. we found the menu had the same thing on every night. i am a diabetic type two and not everything i could eat apart from the beef steak pie and chicken with rice. i did not want the peppercorn sauce but i asked for gravyt which was bought to me when i had nearly finished the meal. room service could have been better. sometimes no milk ortea bags . one occasion waste paper basket not emptied and cups npot washed. otherwise we were ahppy there.
