For the price, a reasonable hotel. Some of the decor a little tired, for example stained carpet in the room, but no big deal. Would have given higher score, however awful room service was not rectified in a reasonable way so left a negative feeling to the stay. Room service took nearly 2 hrs to arrive (we tried to cancel as decided just wanted to go to sleep) but was awful quality. We asked for a refund on the food, but they would not oblige. Offered free breakfast which was a pointless gesture as we had to check out early hours.just seemed so strange!

Room was big. We were given a bed for 3 people to sleep in. We travelled with an 8 month old and requested for a cot on the day of arrival anad again the next day. We were told there were none available. Although the bed was big, it was very difficult sleeping with a baby. The carpet in the room had pink staines everywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast had limited options. My partner was not allowed to bring me food in my room, despite telling the staff I was very unwell.
