Dodges Ferry and the nearby Carlton Beach area offer a relaxed coastal lifestyle, combining natural beauty with small-town charm. Long, sandy beaches are perfect for swimming, surfing, and leisurely walks, while the calm waters of nearby inlets are ideal for paddling and fishing. The area is surrounded by coastal reserves, scenic walking trails, and parks, providing plenty of space to explore. Local cafés are conveniently close, and all essential amenities are easily accessible in the Dodges Ferry township.

Getting Around:
It is best to have your own car to fully enjoy the area of Dodges Ferry and beyond.

House Rules;
If additional cleaning is required above and beyond what the guest has paid for at the time of booking, this extra cost will be passed on to the guest to cover. Additional costs can be easily avoided by leaving the property in a neat and tidy state and following the check out instructions.

Please note if extra beds are used outside what is required for your group an extra guest fee will be
requested for your stay.

In the event of a lockout which due to the loss or misplacement of the primary key or user error, this
fee will be your responsibility to pay.

This house is across two levels.

There is direct beach access via a gate at the bottom of the property. This must be kept closed at all times and children monitored.

The hot tub is adults only and to be used at your own risk.
