Huge room with an amazing view. Great location for events at the Renaissance. A couple of homeless people are hanging out around the 7-eleven downstairs, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Harrowing First Night

I'm not a huge complainer, but the first night was harrowing and scary. My check in around 5PM was fine enough, but late that evening, I was locked out of the building for a couple hours bc the code didn't work and there was no security and no one was answering the phone for Kasa. A little background: every single night and day, homeless, drug users, and other people congregated at this corner, so there were a LOT of police lights EVERY night. As I was locked out, I'm unfamiliar with the area and I'm freezing while I'm trying to keep myself safe from whatever had the unhoused people aroused that night. I'm scared, in an unfamilar town, locked out of my building, and there's no one to help. Thankfully an uber driver allowed me to sit in his car for awhile until someone finally walked out of the building hours later, so I could finally go into it. The whole time, I'm on hold with Kasa and their 24/7 availability... NOT TO MENTION THAT IT WAS COLD AS ALL GETOUT!!!! With the wind, the weather was testing every piece of wool in my coat. On top of that, the bed was missing some support. As a woodworker (who's built beds), I felt very unsafe with the slight dip in the bed, evidenced by the lack of support under it. As a result, I just slept on the sides of the bed, avoiding the middle wholly. I honestly liked the place and what it had to offer. I wish I had known to get my own towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies and whatnot, but it wasn't as big a deal as being locked out.
Support under bed was not there and you can feel it.

Nice but Noisy with poor Parking

The property was well maintained and our apartment was clean. Our main concern was the lack of communication regarding parking, which is not included and the closes lot hours were 7pm - 7am. Which means even if you pay you can’t access after 7pm and you still need to park on the street. The unit was very noisy due to outside working being done around the building. We were awakened at 7am every morning for 4 days consecutively during our vacation.
