One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The whole hotel was filthy. The tub was so dirty I was afraid to get in the shower. There were bugs in the room crawling on my toothbrush There was no Wi-Fi so I couldn’t watch tv, they ran out of towels. The elevator wasn’t working for several hours so I had to walk up 6 flights to get to my room. The staff was trying to do their best to accommodate but it was so bad and ridiculous there was very little they could do. This property needs to be shut down and completely renovated. Can’t believe the Hyatt name is associated with this dilapidated property.

The staff was friendly, room was spacious, lobby and breakfast area were nice. Unfortunately it seems the hotel could use more staff to keep things running smoothly. Every time we used the pool we had to ask the front desk for more towels. The public bathroom near the lobby had a clogged toilet. Our room locked us out multiple times and we had to wait for staff to bring a tablet to unlock the door. The fitness center was flooded and had to be mopped up. Each time something came up the staff was friendly and responsive but they were very busy keeping up with all the guests' needs. More staff and updates to the building would help keeps thjngs functioning more smoothly.

The room was ok, nothing to rave about. It could use some renovation. The staff was average, the elevator stopped working and no sign was posted to inform guest on their floor only on the main floor, which means we had to find out later, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The kitchen staff was ghetto, not enough food for the guest and this was only an hour after breakfast started. The facility could use an overall upgrade starting with the staff. The impression is management is hiring family that are not professional. The facility could use a renovation.

There were roaches in the hallway. The elevators were broken. The eggs were broken. There was no bodywash filled up in the bathroom. The breakfast could be better. The carpet needs to be renewed. Iean for it to be a Hyatt no matter the are I would expect more. I was highly disappointed. Now the rooms were clean and all commor areas. However it's time for a renovation because there furnishings peeling and the couch I was seating at in dining area was peeling extremely bad. For qhat you pay for its not bad but The Hyatt felt more like a Holiday Inn.
