I didn't like that the room I was initially put in was incorrect, Expedia blamed hotel and hotel blamed Expedia, and was told by hotel that there was nothing they could do because 3rd party made the reservation. I was unable to get in contact with the hotel manager during my entire stay. On the second day of my stay I had to contact IGH directly. IGH helped get the room corrected to a room with the jetted tub but the jetted tub was not functional due to an electrical issue. The hot tub in the pool area was not functioning properly either and was colder than the pool. There was trash on the second floor hallway the first night and rather than disposing of it I found it moved to the bottom of the staircase where it still was just left out and not disposed of. I went to get a snack from the hotel pantry at one point and all of the block and barrel chips they had were past their sell by date. The staff there had tried to be accommodating as they could, but it was moot because of the complete absence of the hotel manager.
