Lacking in amenities

Comfortable and clean. But this is an extended stay hotel. They do not supply any silverware, pots and pans, etc. even though they have a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and microwave. No coffee machines in the room, no hairdryer, and no ironing board and iron. It’s bare bones but it served its purpose.

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Quietest place, kinda errie. The internet was horrible & you were only allowed 3 devices which still never connected& had to call cust service daily even after paying extra for it. No automatic doors which made it difficult to push a teolley/cart thru. And no business center, kinda sucks.or breakfast or any dishes in the room.

I liked the kitchen area inside the room. Found a water bottle full of some yellow stuff in the bathroom but was clean with clean towels. Disliked the bed frame was real wobbly I sat on the bed and kind of bounced once like this frame is weird than the people in the next room started banging on the wall. So I don’t know if the walls are super thin but I literally had just sat on the bed

It was delightful to be in a new property! I chatted with almost every staff member I met, and all were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would be very happy to stay there again. Notes: This was a great value, but it is on the bare-bones side; there are extra charges for cookware, dining ware and utensils, use of an ironing board, linen service, etc. The internet is VERY slow, even after getting the upgrade to 6Mbps. There are signs asking guests to not let the doors slam. I think they should replace the door closing mechanisms with ones that don't slam the doors by design...

Clean and Comfortable, Amenities So-So

The hotel and room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. No issues with anything in the room except I could never connect with the internet. When I tried, it said I had already used the free wi-fi for my device. I was a bit confused when the kitchenette area had no plates, silverware, or cooking utensils. I found out later that for an extra fee, you can add cooking utensils. The free wi-fi is only good for one device. The parking is free, but make sure they give you a parking permit to hang on your rear-view mirror, otherwise you may get a nasty gram like I did when I wasn't given one at check-in stating my car would be towed in the next 24-hrs.

I've stayed here several times for work, the rooms are spacious and business equipment friendly. Kitchenettes are easy to use and mean I don't have to eat out every time. Very friendly and helpful staff makes it easy to recommend staying here. More than I expected for a reasonable price.

The property is only a month old, and it has some growing pains. We couldn't connect to the internet and we were given a number to call for assistance. Also, there are no irons in the room. When the bathroom door is open, it blocks one side of the bed. It's honestly like a Motel 6 that hasn't been run down yet.

Incredible Deal

I had been staying at different hotels around Denver before finding this gem. What a deal for a room with a full size refrigerator and microwave, stove-top burners and sink. The place just recently opened I was told so everything is new, clean and maintained... plus the staff is friendly and available 24/7. I would definitely recommend.
