Rooms were looking a little worn down. There was a strange slightly backed up toilet smell on the 5th floor. The bathtub wasn't draining correctly. Just a weird vibe from my previous stays.

Great apartment style hotel! The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious. The only downside was apparently all 3 hot tubs were not functioning 🤔 and one of the reasons we picked this place was because they had a hot tub.

Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration. The "Experience Manager" Jessica soon arrived at our door with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience and we plan to return for a longer stay.
