I try to give most places the benefit of the doubt but this is the sketchiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. In The parking lot I saw people selling drugs. Saw a few ladies of the night selling their services. Also lots do sketchy characters. The room was ok. It has been updated recently and was pretty clean. If we could put that room in hotel with a safer exterior I would stay there again.

Expedia should refund us and not allow this property to be listed on its site. The property is not just run down, but dilapidated. The door to the room did not fully shut, the bathroom door was cracked in half, one outlet in the room worked, there was extensive black mildew or maybe mold all around the bathtub. The sheets were visibly stained. The location is not good. We only stayed there after another reservation fell through and as we were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, we returned to the motel after midnight and noted that there was a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot. We paid $80/night and, yes that was obviously a mistake, but the timing did not allow us to move to a different hotel without breaking the bank.

Read before booking

It was noisy being right off of the interstate. Front desk person was not friendly. She was ready to go home. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled of urine and marijuana. All through the night, we could smell cigarette smoke and pot. The beds were horrible with springs sticking out. And the air would not blow on high. I always read reviews and sometimes roll my eyes at them for people being so picky. This hotel is not for a family or a family. This is for someone who doesn’t care about anything and will stay anywhere.

There was fights and screaming people on drugs all day and night, I thought the cops would definitely come but they didn't, the place is nasty and falling apart, NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay there, I want my money back... It was absolutely miserable, crack house hotel!
