Yes. Initial room was so smelly with very bad odor. Switched rooms to one with dripping tub, broken bathroom door latch. Constant weed smells and shady characters in an out. Dirty rooms

Didn't check out the breakfast. Staff all seemed very nice and capable. HOWEVER, I was surprised at check-in with the pronouncement (that I was required to sign) that they CHARGE $10 PER DAY FOR PARKING. This is unacceptable in an industry that has people coming to stay from distance locations, and will of course need to park! This is nothing short of deceptive pricing--dropping the advertised price by $10, only to try to grab it through a surprise parking fee. I will be checking more carefully to see if other hotels try this same BS. Everyone needs to call them out. Hotels.com, you need to let them know this not acceptable to your business, either.
