Room is spacious and clean. Room services are very quick and professional. And they do their best to accommodate any requests you make (eg. asking for a room closer to the elevator) Staff are really nice and courteous. They also remember you when you visit next and they do their best to make your stay and travel as smooth and comfortable as they can. Ever since my first visit, I’ve been staying here every time I come back to Delhi.

So far, I've stayed here twice (one night each time) in a week. First was excellent. Second time ran into a few quirks, including trying to order food for room service. Everything in India seems tied to WhatsApp. As we didn't have WhatsApp on phone, we couldn't order room service. Called room service and the guy said that he'll send a menu. Nope, never sent it. We went downstairs and had food anyway. The other negative experience was when waiting for the cab after check out. The door staff is excellent but cabs need better management as two almost climbed on my feet. They have zero regard for senior citizens as well as my mom waited on the side (carpet) yet a car tried to drive over it. Unfortunately, in India, women and senior citizens are invisible and car drivers are I'll mannered - bigger the car, worse the behavior. Maybe hotel can figure out a barrierbor some kind so that people can wait without fearing for their lives.

Communication with the customer could be so much better. Cannot be that busy that they cannot respond to messages. We needed to have another bed for an adolescent- teenager, for one night, was forced to pay for another room. Booked a room for 3 adults, but was told that it was meant for only 2 adults and one child - on our reservation. The place is good otherwise, but some how our Indian business nature comes in to play, instead of being simply courteous.

Alok was amazing! Check in was easy. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The building could use some over all maintenance like paint etc, but besides that, it is wonderful! I had a very late check in (4 am) and still had a great stay.

This was my favorite hotel. I got greeted with an amazing Hindu ritual. Staff was awesome, from the desk person, all the way to the security guards. The spa is magnificent as well and quite affordable. Restaurant is fine but it is close to other nice options. Definitely I will come back.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with sufficient amenities, which we appreciated. However, our check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk agent was evasive and undertrained when we asked whether our back-to-back bookings could remain in the same room, and instead instructed us to return the next day to check in again, which is an unusual request. Upon entering the room, I discovered an exposed nail in the closet drawer that punctured my hand, and the room phone was unusable as the person on the other end could not hear me. It was also strange that no key card was required to activate the room’s electricity. As instructed, we returned the next day to recheck in. We hoped to stay in the same room and have the reported issues addressed while we were out. Instead, we felt pressured to move, which made us suspect the room may have just been released from out-of-service due to availability. We accepted the suggestion and moved to a different room on another floor, though we had expected a gesture of goodwill or an upgrade given the circumstances. Breakfast was chaotic, with little sense of order. Our seats were taken while we briefly stepped away, and we both experienced an immediate reaction to the food, which is something that had not occurred at any other point during our time in India. Overall, while there were no major issues that totally ruined our stay, there were several aspects that left much to be desired.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, good restaurants, and the beds were comfortable. We had outstanding massages in the spa as well. Giving a 4 star rather than 5 because our first room had a strong chemical smell which was making us ill - we were even wearing N95s in the room. Switching to a new room took way too long. We called and an operator said Reception would have to call back. We waited an hour, then called again and was told the same thing by the operator. We waited another half hour, no call. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask in person before it was taken care of. Apart from that, other interactions with staff were good.
