I chose the Radisson Blu for it's proximity to the airport since we had an early morning flight to the US. We checked in late because of a delayed flight, and had only 15 minutes to get dinner at the buffet. The lady at the check-in counter was not very friendly or helpful. However, the concierge who took up our luggage was very helpful and I tipped him generously. The room was bigger than some other 5-star Delhi hotels, but was aging and had a cracked bathroom counter. I couldn't adjust the room temperature below 20C, and woke up hot the first night. Bathroom had hooks and towel holders at a height that short people like me couldn't access. And lastly, though the breakfast buffet was adequate, it didn't have poori-bhaji as one of the options. Staff at the buffet were very helpful and polite.

Akshay was wonderful with bringing up our bags and so kind and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful as well. The chef at breakfast time on December 19 took great care of me as a celiac guest needing food free from cross-contamination with gluten, and made me an amazing dosa with a tomato sauce and a coconut sauce. I forgot to get his name. Two things that were not great were that the (otherwise very nice) bathroom smelled like pee, and how overpriced the wine was in the restaurant. 4x as much as the price of the in-room mini bar, and 2x as much as the full bottle price at the next hotel we stayed at, for the exact same bottle.
