Excellent facilities, Taj continues to maintain its tradition of excellence. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is an oasis within total chaos and rapidly deteriorating environment.

Nice hotel and rooms. Breakfast buffet was poor as you had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. No cutlery, water bottle provided but no glasses. Waiters were there but no order or system. Had to order a coffee 3 times and waited for toast while eggs went cold. Not acceptable for a 5 star establishment
