Food menu at the restaurant can be improved, the pricing is too high compared to most hotels in atrocity, the protocols to get into the hotel are too cumbersome and time consuming. I tried the massage at the Spa and it was an absolute disaster - the therapist didn’t seem to know the basic techniques. The room was small and especially the bathroom is so congested. The only advantage is the location of being in Terminal 3 and very courteous staff. I had almost 22 hrs stop over and wanted to go out to of the airport to meet a friend and due to the strict protocols I couldn’t do that as well.

They could not provide a room for me due to a policy. They did promise to refund our money, and assistance to find another hotel, but I didn’t want to leave the airport. Therefore I stayed in airport seating areas all night long and I got very little sleep.

IF you can figure out how the place works, I think it might be useful. But I had to wait $ HOURS outside of the airport because airport security wouldn't let me in and there ws no recourse. So I was unable to use the place for the vast majority of my time between flights. Anyway, I was quite irritated with the lack of clarity, the attitude of several of the staff (they seemed like they were in a fog of disdain and hated their jobs), and the general way everything was run. CLEAR instructions and USEFUL phone numbers could have made it a great experience. But instead of relaxing for the 9 hours between flights, I only got to be in my room for 3 hours. Grrrrr....

To access this hotel is extremely difficult. It's just a transit hotel and only should be used as transit, in between the flights. Hotel should emphasize that. Location otherwise very convenient as its inside airport. Wish it should be less expensive.

The room was very small, it smelled bad, the water from the sink and toilet were a light brown colour. The towels smelled bad. I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone.

I went to the Holiday Inn express counter in Terminal 3 at Delhi international flight. It was 2:45 am on the morning of December 18th. I had a reservation but was denied access on some false information. The representatives would not admit me as my flight the next day, December 19th was from Terminal 2. I was unable to check-in at 3 am after the long journey. The rules had changed and they refused to take me to my room There was no mention of this rule at the time of the reservation. There was no clear statement of the rule that I could not stay at Holiday Inn express if my flight was from Terminal 2. I am asking for a refund of my room charges. I was greatly inconvenienced and had to find another place to spend the night, which cost me an additional $100.00. I need Holiday Inn to refund my charges as well as cover the cost of the alternate accomodation
