Outdated furniture

Furniture was very outdated and worn - couch, dining, beds, etc. Old, scratchy sheets. Kitchen pots and pans were very scratched up. Smell coming from utility room. Others hairs found around the condo - kitchen, bed, bath. Hot tub was out of order for entire stay, and this was one big reason I chose to stay here. Elevators were also hit or miss on working, and only 1 was in service during stay. Other renters do not follow condo association rules. Good location and good check in process. Beach access and plenth of parking. Restaurant located at top of building.

The condo was not super clean

(27 NE) Hi VRBO and Carrie, housekeeping done briefly, dust, dirty outside windows and chairs. Few amenities. No skillet and wine glasses. Our friends were at 4 SE what a difference in condo quality and cleanliness. Thank you, for the bottle of wine, our disappointment is too strong to accept a gift. Far too expensive for the comfort offered. The only balm of our rental in your home is the proximity to the beach and the golf course. Daniel et Paule
