This condominium is on the 6th floor with spectacular ocean views! Catch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river. Great vacation spot for you and your family. Condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with sliders to the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen and full bed. Both bedrooms have new tile floors, walk in closets, newer mattresses, box springs, comforters and pillows. New granite countertops and cabinets in this well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen also has brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Freshly painted walls throughout. New Washing Machine and Dryer for your convenience. New TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Plenty of living room space with large leather sofa and three reclining chairs. Outdoor heated pool with gas grill and picnic tables. Short walk to the Sun Glow pier and famous Crabby Joes restaurant. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse nearby and can be seen from your balcony. Watch the dolphins swimming near the shore. Use the exercise room or grab a book or DVD from the library. Unit has free Wi-Fi. Basketball and tennis court. Condominium has two elevators. Small dogs 20 lbs and under welcome. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
