Welcome to the Local Hotspot; where Modern Style meets Historic Class. This fully stocked studio loft has a fresh open design that. Our apartment is nestled in a recently remodeled iconic historic apartment building is located in the trendy Lower-Greenville Ave Area. Sip on the best coffee in town, on us, at our local Toasted Coffee Shop. Experience Dallas right!

This remodeled historical studio is furnished with a Comfort Quality Queen size bed and a large sleeper sofa. Our kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials to make your stay a comfortable one; and if we are missing anything, feel free to let us know.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. We also offer 24-Hour Check-In (after 3:00 pm).

We provide an in-house launder service for guests needing to use our Washer/Dryer. Contact us for more details and cost.

We have Free Parking located at the rear of the bldg and Free Street Parking. There is no assigned parking. 1 car per booking in our parking lot, additional cars can park on the street.

We provide a Pack N Play, listed as a crib, for guests with little ones.

Perfect location and just what we needed

The Local Hotspot is in a great location in lower Greenville! We were able to walk to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. It was small, but just what we needed and we wanted for nothing. Would stay there again!

This property came up under a search with washer and dryer available. This is untrue. It was a cute 1940's apartment. Lots of orginals, flooring, the wall cabinets. But no washer or dryer and contacting the host was difficult required another app download and sign in. Frustrating

Convenient studio apartment
