Their excuse was, it’s Light cleaning versus deep cleaning. Which needs to be requested. How about just…Clean the room! I’ve never heard of this before and I’ve never encountered this. Bathroom sink, not cleaned daily. Kitchen area not cleaned daily. Room not vacuumed even though note left in room and request made to manager who assured personnel attention.

We booked the suite and upon arriving to the room we noticed one cushion of the couch was sunken in. It was because the sleeper sofa was broken which we had intended to use. We asked to moved to another room but we were told no because they were sold out. So we had to go purchase a blow up bed. We were provided 3 towels for a room that sleeps 6 and no additional towels were available at that time. We don’t finally receive additional towels until the end of the 2nd after our 3rd request. The TV in the living room wouldn’t turn on and the phone in the room didn’t work. Food for breakfast was subpar and there was very limited seating so we had to take the food up to the room. Would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel

Room is standard. Clean. Full kichenette with dishes if want to cook. While the free breakfast isn't exciting, it's included. Free happy hour food on Mon to Wed is a poor person's meal. Free chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

We booked the hotel For 2 nights due to soccer tournament the day we were on the way to check in and it got canceled due to heavy rain and I called Expedia they said we will reach out to the hotel because we requested to cancel the second night since Everything got canceled we were supposed to stay at sandman hotel next door with rest of the crew but it got sold out and they did refund everyone on second night and when we checked in we were told at front desk that manager will refund the second night very disappointed how they handled this
