Comforter and sheets on bed had stains and crumbs with some strands of human hair. The TV only showed white static and front desk was unable to get it working. The microwave was dirty with stick in food spills and food crumbs on counter near microwave. They did offer to switch rooms but we were already settled in room as it was after 9pm. They did provide new bedding for bed that was unclean.

Terrible Hotel

This particular Holiday Inn in Dallas, Texas was horrible. There were ants crawling in my room and the bathroom. There were stains on the wall in the bathroom and the cleaning people did not clean the tub very well. Also, there were stains on the carpet. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend this hotel.

The Air did not work and it was super hot also the room was dirty and it smelled . The hotel said they would give us a refund but I went through hotel. Com to tell you that our stay was bad and they would give the refund .
