客室は基本的に清潔。しかしコーキングの不備や、壁と床の隅にゴミが溜まっていたり、門や扉が壊れているなど不満が多々ある。しかし全体的に(滞在する分には)清潔なので完璧を求めない人にはおすすめ。 電子レンジや冷蔵庫、食器類など自分で料理するに十分な備え付けがあり、インスタントラーメンのサービスもあった。基本的には満足だが、備え付けの食器類が揃って臭いのが気になる。 オーナーは非常に親切で、かつ柔軟な対応をしてくれた。直ぐに返信をくれるし、予定にはないことにも快く対応してくれる。オーナーの人柄には全くもって何も不満がない。ベトナム滞在中に会った人で一番良い対応だったと思う。 完全に地元民の住宅街にあるので、少し戸惑う。私が宿泊していた際には斜め向かいの寺院で葬式が始まり、大音量の音楽が早朝の4時から流された。外の箒の音が聞こえる程度の防音なので、音はかなり気になる。 総合して、人はとても良いが環境が少し不満である。
