We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

Room was spacious and clean, decent shower (once I worked out how to get the temperature right), helpful staff, and good location for exploring Hoi An old town. The swimming pool area was quite tired and dirty which didn’t make me want to spend time there. The breakfast was ok but very basic. The booking included a free welcome drink but I didn’t recieve this. The air in the room was a bit musty and needs to be freshened a bit.

We had a lovely stay the this property. The staff were very friendly and always helped us with booking tours and cabs. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and we did have some problems with a leaking shower in the beginning but the staff were helpful and sorted it for us. The hotel is in a great location.
