Its clean but its also an old Motel. The door in our bathroom would not stay closed due to shifted frame, old school/noisy air-conditioning, etc. However the location is awesome, the staff is fabulous and the manatees are pleantiful.

The hotel itself is nice but the rooms need some help. The beds slide across the room with any type of movement, the floor wasn't super clean, and there is a lack of convenient of outlets. But the location of the hotel combined with the pool/tiki bar area is exceptional and for that alone I'd recommend the hotel.
