Stay #2 For 2023

Not to sound repetitive BUT this place is AMAZING!!!!! My 3rd stay at this place I have come to know as “home away from home” in Crystal River. Cannot say enough about the owners. Always reachable , responsive and great to rent from. We stayed in April this year and returned again last week to check out the scalloping gig. HIGHLY recommend checking out scalloping and staying at this location. The accommodations provided by Scott and Ann WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!!. The views from the condo are picture worthy and can enjoy the views from the nice deck with great new deck furniture. The people in the community are very nice and friendly. To sum up my review I’m just gonna say….ALREADY RESERVED MY DATES FOR 2024 with Scott and Ann.

The owner is a great communicator and has everything in order. The place is clean and has plenty of boat/trailer parking. 1/4 mile to boat ramp is a plus and short ride from town. Ideal location for me

Wonderful "home away from home" feel. Owners have done a great job sharing a wonderful place to stay

This is our 2nd stay at Scott & Ann Hufford's condo in Crystal River. The owners are wonderful to work with. They have made our last 2 vacations to Crystal River easy. So much so we've already booked to return in July this year. The condo is spacious, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, comfortable furniture, nice pool, fishing on the premises, nice neighborhood.

Beautiful location & Abundant Wildlife

Great location and wildlife views! Saw dolphins, manatees, eagles & ospreys everyday from the condo. The condo was very clean & well laid out. Great kitchen & nice recreation / pool area. Also great blue crab & stone crab claw takeout location close by (The Crab Plant).

Birding Delight!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked and the host thought of everything needed to enjoy a stay in Crystal River. There is plenty of wildlife in the area. We saw bald eagles, osprey, herons, and many other water birds. The clubhouse pool didn't seem to be heated but we were visiting in winter. Shrimps Landing and Seafood Seller were delicious. Some of us had allergies from past pets in the condo but we are extra sensitive. It wasn't bad, but just something to keep in mind if you're travelling with someone allergic. The view out the back of the condo is magic. You will not be disappointed!

Warm and inviting home!

It was a great place to vacation! Loved having 2 living rooms. Vacationing with an infant it was nice for his parents to be able to go upstairs to their "own" living room to get him to sleep at night. The home has everything you could imagine! Ann and Scott were extremely responses with any questions I had. They were very kind and let us know we could check in early. The sunsets were unbelievable! All of the neighbors were so kind. We took our boat and one of the neighbors gave us permission to use their boat slip while we were visiting. Great places to park your boat. Loved having the downstairs area to sit outside and enjoy. We will be back very soon!

AMAZING STAY

This was our second trip to Crystal River FL. I was excited when I found this condo on VRBO (first time VRBO user as well). The condo and owners did not disappointment AT ALL. Great location. Beautiful views. Very nice, clean, well stocked and comforts of home. Can't say enough of how awesome the owners are. They went above and beyond to make our stay the great stay that it was. The condo complex is great. We enjoyed several days relaxing by the pool which is mere steps from the front door of the cottage. To sum up: READY TO BOOK SAME UNIT FOR NEXT YEARS TRIP!!!!!!!!! Would give 10 stars!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Scott and Ann.

Perfect!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Crystal River. The unit was very clean and I was impressed by the organization of all the household products for easy findings. It was so helpful the owners allowed guest to use their abundance of beach toys and chairs, games and bicycles for our use during our stay. The location of property is prefect for everything Crystal River has to offer. Close to the Fort Island Trail Beach, marina for boat rentals, downtown and great local restaurants. My kids enjoy the community where they road bikes, swam and felt so welcomed by all the neighbors. We cannot wait to go back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Ann and Scott!

Home away from Home

The owners had thought about just about everything. The view was great! Crystal River was a nice area, but the manatees had already left for warmer weather. 😢
