Welcome to your adventure headquarters—our fully renovated, comfortable modern Crosby house! We have 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 high-end luxurious bathrooms. Located directly next to the paved Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, Cuyuna State Recreational Area and snowmobile trails. You'll have access to world-class mountain biking trails, over a dozen lakes and you're just 6 blocks from downtown Crosby coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Work where you play and enjoy wifi internet speeds up to 400Mbps.

The home is 3 bedrooms and has an open layout accommodating up to 7 people. It is furnished with 3 queen sized memory foam beds and one full-size futon sleeper sofa.

You'll have access to the entire home (except for the basement and storage room). A wifi changing entry code will be uniquely assigned to guests prior to arrival.

Our Crosby house is perfectly located. We are located adjacent to the Cuyuna State Recreation Area, Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, and access to all of the world-class mountain bike trails. You'll want to keep your adventure going way beyond your check-out date. The newly renovated house is located in the heart of the Cuyuna Lakes area!

Your stay is located on the north side of Crosby, 6 blocks from the amazing Crosby downtown. Adventure awaits out your backdoor.

Inside the brand new kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need for a home-cooked meal after a day of exploring. We also have a Keurig, french press, regular coffee maker and a selection of teas.

The living room is furnished with comfy modern couches and a 55” flat-screen tv where you'll be able to enjoy Netflix, Peacock, Youtube and a full range of other smart tv apps. Challenge your friends to a game of checkers, chess or our other board games.

The main bathroom has the most amazing slate-tile luxury waterfall shower. Seriously, you have to try it for yourself!

We've got you covered! You'll be all setup with the important things: an iron, blow dryer, towels, and body soap. Also included is an indoor bike rack for up to 4 bikes. Upon arrival, you can stay organized with suitcase stands and hangers in every bedroom closet. Guests have access to laundry machines.

The place was great overall. My only complaint is that the dishwasher door hinge is broken. It slams down when you open it and the handle bangs on the floor. Or if you’re standing in front of it as you would typically to load or unload, it slams down on your foot. So got a subungal hematoma on my big toe the. Night before my full day of riding. So they need to fix that problem.

Location was great close to trails and town. 90 degree turn from deck to back door inconvenient to access back storage, but good overall to have indoor bike storage.

Nice Space in Convenient Location

We were in town for a birthday celebration at the Heartwood which was within walking distance. This house is also just 6 blocks from Main Street and steps away from the Portsmouth Entrance to the Cuyuna trail system. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and cooked most of our meals here. We were traveling with a camping trailer and were able to park it in the long driveway alongside the house. We appreciated the nice shower and having access to laundry facilities. The host checked in via text with us after we arrived and was available to answer questions. Beautiful interior renovation of a classic Crosby house. The exterior could still use a little work. Not suitable for elders with walkers or wheelchairs.
