The sink was dirty when I checked in but I had already had a bad experience at another hotel and was just ready to sleep so I cleaned it and went to bed. When I woke up in the morning the sink was full of water. Clearly a plumbing issue. I told the staff and they said they could fix it while I was gone during the day. When I returned they told me they fixed it. I went to the room and the sink was dirty again, clearly having backed up during the day. I awoke the next morning with a full sink of dirty water that had backed up during the night. So while the room was fine, that was gross and frustrating that they told me they fixed it and clearly didn’t.

Nice hotel and city. Check in was not so great. The front desk person in crunches was very short when communicating with us like they didn’t want to be there. We asked if the other party can be next to us so we gave the name. They said no one by that name is booked there. It seemed like they weren’t really looking or cared to help us.
