I loved how they have restaurants right on the property! They had a place to get ice cream after too! It was a great time for my family!

This was a disappointment. Check in was good and went good. Our room was nice and ready to go. But the issue was they are short staffed. We stayed for two days and pool and water park area was never open. Part of paying for the room was two passes for the pool area and we never even got to use them. We also ate the restaurant and the food was not great either. Some of the food was burnt. Not sure I would stay again here. We did feel bad for the staff. They were nice as you can expect with shortage of people.

We didn't have the greatest experience. The General Manager had no personality or hospitality. No hot water, fridge was broken, no carts available for luggage, dirty rooms (you could see the dust everywhere), beds were uncomfortable and they had the smallest pillows in the room.

I looked at this property as a possible package with my flight on May 23, 2019. I thought that I was only making a flight reservation and never got a confirmation for a Bridges Bay stay. I made other separate reservations at an AIRBnb in Arnolds Park. About a week before my trip I got an email stating that I had a reservation for Bridges Bay. I immediately called to cancel and the young woman at the reservation desk at Bridges Bay assured me that it was canceled and I was fine. Reviewing September's bank statement I find that I have been charged the full amount of the stay on 9/11. On calling Bridges Bay they say that they cannot find my cancellation and that I must go through Expedia. I called Expedia and they say the reservation went through on Travelocity. I called Travelocity and they referred me back to Bridges Bay who cannot find the cancellation. Travelocity says it's not their fault and now I must dispute this through my bank. Poor service, poor record keeping on the part of Bridges Bay. Terrible service for something that I never got to experience and now never want to experience. Expensive lesson in using the internet.
