Firstly the keycards and locks were faulty. In the one night I stayed there I had to get my key recoded 3 times. When I checked into my room I found an opened container of milk and a half empty 4 pack of alcohol from the last guest. When I went to the bathroom I found a poop in the toilet. I flushed it and it clocked the pipe and the bwol came close to overflowing. I was moved to another room and the air conditioning did not work, so I had to wait another hour to have that repaired. They gave me a hand written free meal and 2 drink tokens, but the meals were in the bar, and half the menu was missing. I gave the free meal and drink tokens back, as the two things left on the menu were not appealing. It was a very unhappy experience, I was compensated satisfactorily, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't ready at check in. The lamp in the bedroom was missing the knob to turn it on, so we couldn't use it. When I called about it, the answer was, "yeah, people like to take those, I don't know why. We'll put it on your account and give you a discount" There was no discount or credit on our bill. The dresser drawers didn't close all the way, and the blinds were difficult to close. there were not enough bath towels for the 5 of us in the room. Just needs a little maintenance. Otherwise, it's a cute place, nice lobby & bar. good location, clean and quiet.

Overall, not as good as I'd hoped for
This hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. The door had a noticeable gap along the edge and bottom and we could hear quite a bit of noise (just normal volume voices and walking around) from the hallway and from above. The shower pump was out of body wash and the shampoo was very hard to get out. In the morning, all 5 decanters were out of coffee and there was almost no hot food left on the buffet. After a few minutes of looking/waiting, I didn't see an employee to restock anything, so we just took off. This might be a fun place for families, with a nice looking pool (we didn't have time to use it) and back courtyard area. I did notice that kids can get fish food from the desk for a pond in back and thought that was cool.

Pool and sauna need upkeep. Coating severly worn off in hot tub. Dirty tiles surrounding pools. Hardly any breakfast choices left at 9:15, breakfast should be available until 10am per front desk staff. Disappointing for this star grade of hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel before covid and it was great then. Now they limit the towels you use and the maid service. The WIFI went down on the first night and that included the TV channels. It was back up in the morning but was low signal and spoty for the rest of our stay. The hot tub needs to be redone. The floor and walls of it are chipping away. The room was quite so it was peaceful there to sleep in. Only issue we had with that was the bathroom light was tied into this loud fan. We ended up buying a portable nightlight for the bathroom so it would not disturb the sleepers in the room if they had to go in the night.
