Cute Spot In Conroe

My husband and I came in town to spend some time with our kids and grandkids and stayed at this cute little spot in Conroe. Everything was as listed. It’s a duplex/townhouse but the amount of space the house has was perfect. It was really huge on the inside. We had everything we needed.

Wedding Weekend

Very clean and well updated home that was perfect for our family to be together while attending a wedding in Conroe, TX. Loved having 2 bedrooms with King size beds and a very large master bedroom. The property was close to all types of retail outlets as well as multiple choices for dining.

Softball tournament stay

The location was excellent for where my daughter had her softball tourney (Gene Campbell Field). Property was clean. The host Ruthe was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay. I would return.

Beautiful home

Was pleased with overall look and feel of the house. Location was perfect for our purposes. We did have a little trouble getting in due to a code change, however, my text was answered immediately. Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful home. The downstairs was a little colder than the upstairs but was manageable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your kindness on the phone and for the promptness of answering out texts.

After I arrived I got call asking if hot water was working & it was not, had to load & unload again to a unit 3 down. 3night w/ 1/papertowels 1 toilet paper - no hand soap- no ice/maker broke- condenser outside shook LV wall 24/7 had family emergency & had to leave a day early (28) & was not even offered a prorate. I myself have 3 homes in VRBO & would recommend to do your research this experience will give all other VRBO owners a terrible reputation that isn’t deserved. Were are most I’ve know are very sympathetic about these issues.

Door doesn’t lock from the outside; bedding is visibly dirty, the smoke detectors were beeping all night and kept everyone up. The neighbors dogs are loud and obnoxious.
