The unit was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. The blinds in both bedrooms were broken and being that we were on the ground floor, it made us very uncomfortable. The heat vent in the main bedroom was dangling from the ceiling and the closet in the living room was caved in. The kitchen was pretty much bare aside from a few dishes and one rusted pan. There were only two washcloths for 3 people. There were no extra pillows or blankets and the comforter in one of the bedrooms was very thin. Overall we were just not comfortable there and checked out early to find somewhere else to stay.

Amenities were sparse, no garbage can for kitchen, 1roll of toilet paper(5days), batteries missing for tv remote, used silverware, wrappers and dust under furniture. Loud parties/music Saturday and Sunday. Found a dead cockroach in a pan in cupboard, and to top all off... The metal door that encloses the furnace fell straight on my sister's head. Extremely disappointed! You live and learn.

The unit is clean, warm and welcoming. The kitchen is a nice size, and stocked w/basic utensils so we could buy groceries and cook. Check-in/ check-out was smooth. The one thing that takes away from the experience is thin blinds that let in street and hallway lights, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms were clean well enough, host was good to talk to, and it was affordable. The issue was the location and I should have done more research. Poor safety in the area, and right within the Greek frat/sorority housing so an EXTREME amount of noise until past 2am

The place was clean and the host is very responsive. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet along with other residents in the building, given most people living in the area are college kids.

Not bad for the price

Overall, this property was fine. The price matched the quality of the stay. There were things that were annoying like the floor being very dirty. And a couple of the closet doors were either broken or did not work properly. I’ve definitely stayed in better and worse places.

Great deal, cute neighborhood. pretty clean, not loud but keep in mind it was summer. There are lights that stay on outside all the time so if sleeping in the dark is important bring a sleep mask.

Nice property, walking distance to OSU

Nice property within walking distance to THE Ohio State University. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation and this unit was only 1 block from her house! The area seemed safe but was a little noisy at night with loud music/parties in the area. Not a deal breaker for us, just something to be aware of when staying here. The host provided great communication before, during and after our stay. Would stay here again if in town for OSU events.

If you ever wanted a day in the life of a sorority, this is your place.

We booked this property as it was listed as 1/2 mile away from the Equine Affaire, at the Ohio State Fair grounds. The neighborhood is literally frat house after frat house. This is not at all mentioned in the listing. Expect the students to fire up the DJ booths around 7am. Multiple houses will have house Dj’s and live bands that start when the sun goes up and go all through the night. It looks like party central with beer cans and solo cups peppered as far as you can see. So once you get your bearings of feeling like you’re in a bad 2000’s van wilder movie, you can start looking around the apartment and realize how dirty and gross this place is. The floors were so dirty that you couldn’t walk barefoot with out your feet turning black. Dried spilled drinks on walls. Everything felt dirty, everything had a layer of dust and dirt. The bathroom had red/brown mold in the shower, leaking shower head and over old mold smell. I can look past an oops for not doing my research on the neighborhood. I can’t look past how dirty this place really was. The last straw for me was at 10:00pm on our third night there, our Walking-mart delivery was stolen before I could get to the door to grab it. We left a day early and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Lovely space be in! A mix up in reservation at the beginning and was quickly fixed in a 10 minute span! Great service! Internet was a little wonky and I couldn’t find the broom. But SPECTACULAR space!

Good deal/ Close to campus

This is a nice small 2 bedroom apartment with parking included. Comfortable beds. It is right in the heart of off campus housing so be prepared for it to be loud. It didn’t bother us but could bother some. It was nice to be in walking distance to my daughter’s sorority house. Only problem we had is that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.
