Rooms were dirty, in poor condition and bathrooms had mold in shower. Upon arrival, hotel clerk was irritable. Rude and clearly hated his job. Our room was facing the freeway and some noise is expected but it was as though there was zero insulation from the room to the freeway. Horrible experience.

Fairfield Inn FT Jackson Family and Graduation

We booked this hotel that was about 10min from Ft Jackson for my nephew’s Boot Camp graduation. Easy access off and on was not busyat all Cute clean welcoming little hotel. Small pool that was closed for season. Nice little patio area. Pets were welcomed so we got to see some cute little fur babies helped us as we didn’t bring ours. Deff would recommend to anyone Attending family day or graduation at Fort Jackson. Fairfield in was very nice

I gave it a 3 because I am disabled and had to carry my walker up to floor 3 because the elevator wouldn’t work and had me stuck downstairs at 2am. The The only computer they had wouldn’t let me get in to get to my email and print something.

My daughter and I stayed here for USC Parent’s Weekend and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is very nice, staff was wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was a great addition. Will definitely stay again.

Room.was clean. Staff very friendly and social able. Stated if you need anything feel free to reach out. Convient to interstate, several nice restaurants really close by and convenient to I-77 & I -20..Hotel was full with boot camp guys and family, as every Thursday is graduation day at near Army base. So glad I had reservations. Asked for room end of hall, due to service dog had major surgery, but so much noise from people slamming doors and stuff up till 9:45 pm..
