When I checked in the person (female) working that day around 5 pm was short with me, not friendly then later when I went to talk to her about another issue she was even more rude. It made the whole experience of staying here unwelcoming and I’ve stayed here many other times before.

Rooms were clean, shower had no water pressure, toilet leaked and was noisy all night, beds were very hard as well as pillows. Overall it was fine for the price and what I needed but staff was not overly friendly and breakfast was subpar. Would stay again in a pinch but not for a family trip.

The room was clean. There weren't enough towels for the family, and they refused to give us two more unless we returned the only two they provided. The shower clogged up on the last day. Lots of people smoking dope in the parking lot.

This hotel is in need of a lot of help. Furniture is broken, the breakfast was a joke and you couldn't touch a switch or lamp without getting shocked. I would never go back!

Check in receptionist was great. Our room didn’t have an ice bucket and she tried locating one for us. The woman at the front desk the next morning, however was very rude. Wouldn’t even look up at us when we asked about getting hot water. Just pointed to the kitchen and told us to ask them. No one was there, but she was not even a little helpful.
